  • We were so looking forward this vacation. But are hugely disappointed in the room. The coffee table hadn't been dusted for a long time. We had to call housekeeping to vacuum the chunks of hair on the floor. I didn't bother pointing out the public hair in the tub since they had already left after "cleaning" the room. The Assistant Executive Housekeeper was very apologetic and offered us a credit on the room. This is an old hotel with fraying carpet and outdated Hollywood decor. Though not the hotels fault, we were woken up at 1 am by our neighbors playing thumping loud music. After a call to the front desk about 10 min layer it got quiet again. The place is convenient to the strip.
