  • I had a terrible experience here today. Came in with a friend who's a member, I'm moving here in a month and planned on joining. The two nice ladies at the front desk said I could have a free guest pass, I thanked them, got changed, and started working out. Then a woman who worked there named Susan tracked me down and forced me to pay $20 for a guest pass after giving me some sob story about her having to pay for the guest pass out of pocket if I didn't. It was uncomfortable and embarrassing. Well I hope that was worth it Susan, cause you definitely lost your gym some customers.
