  • DO NOT LIST YOUR HOME WITH THEM TO SELL. You are just a NUMBER with them. The buyer gets therir way while you get SCREWED! They add exra fees to their commission and for the buyer. They DO NOT CARE because YOU are paying the fees. They don't read the offers and leave you on your own to sign the E-sign. They don't even work weekends so any offer you get on the weekend waits for the work week. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. I'm speaking from a private homeowner who have sold several homes in the past.
