  • The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly although not very helpful. For the price we paid of 170/night this was not a good deal. We stayed here because a niece was getting married close by and they offered A shuttle to the wedding site and also to the reception. In addition they mention having a shuttle to the phoenix Mesa airport. As far as the shuttle to the airport goes it was misleading because the phoenix Mesa airport is small and only has allegiant commercial flights that use it. We didn't realize that there was more than one airport in Phoenix so we found out when we arrived that they did not shuttle to the main airport. Then when we inquired about the shuttle service to the wedding and reception site even though we had registered and they had advertised that they would take us there no one seemed to know anything about it. I ended up having to provide them all of the information including the times and the locations of the event. When it came time to catch the shuttle it was 20 minutes late and they barely got us to the wedding on time. The driver who then picked us up at the wedding site knew nothing about where he was taking us and continued trying to get a hold of the hotel to confirm the site we told him. After 10 minutes of no one answering the phone he finally gave up and took us where we told him the reception was. When we returned from the reception we tried to get help setting up a shuttle ride to the airport for the next morning. Again, Although the people working at the reception desk were nice they were not helpful. They simply said we normally recommend this service and gave us a card to try and contact them ourselves. They never offered to make the call and help us with the reservation. Overall for the price I would not recommend this hotel. Find something a little more reasonable and helpful.
