  • Not a good hotel for children. I called the hotel prior to checking in to see about the availability of the pool for my kids both 16 and 13, I was told that the kids could swim after 6:30 PM, was told this again at check in. My kids went to swim at 6:30 and they were told you had to be 18. (It's the ymca) I called the front desk and they told me that this was a new role that was just implemented and they apologized. I will stay at the Omni in Charlotte from now on.
