| - Joy, another negative review. After loosing my bags, I stumble over to Budget. Thankfully there was not a soul in sight (customers) and now I know why. Booking a mid-size (Fusion) I was given the song and dance about upgrading. Yadda yadda just give me the damn car. I was told that the car was extra special. It was special in deed. I reach the spot to find a Kia Optima in the spot (sadly not the new one). It was white, but half the rear bumper was black! The thing reeked of a mix of vanilla scented air freshener (the one that actually doesn't smell like vanilla), b/o, cheap cologne, new car, must, moth balls and nail polish remover. Stains on the seats that look like a murder took place (with red stained carpets to boot!) and to prove how ghetto this car was, one keyfob was held together with scotch tape, the other loop broke off and was electrical taped to the key (redneck all in one!). It had 55K on it. I even asked to change cars, but nope, the ghetto car it was. I felt like I needed a shower after I even looked at it.
