Read the previous reviews for this place and although it wasn't great, thought I'd give them a chance. Brought my vehicle for inspection. They gave me an estimate and said they'd call me in a few days to setup an appointment. Well, two weeks past and I get a phone call from Gerber. Apparently, I had missed an appointment to repair my vehicle. Not the call I was expecting. I explained the situation and Gerber apologized for the mix up.
They asked if I wanted to reschedule but I declined. We didn't get on the right foot in the first place so I did not want to bother. Plus, the lack of service and communication on their part frustrates me so I'll bring my business elsewhere. Obviously, they have some things to work on but it won't be on my vehicle.
