  • Overcharged our group by over $400 for a one day rental! Provided confirmation of a one-day/6 hour (one-way) rental to Parry Sound for $267. Credit card bill arrived and the cost was closer to $600. We could have chartered a plane for that much... Have contacted Enterprise by email and once by phone and nothing has been resolved. The number posted at the Pearson Airport location either rings continuously or goes straight to a busy signal. Horrendous service...unprofessional and shameful. We will now have to dispute through our credit card.
