I visited this cupcake shop for the 2nd time today. I had joined the rewards program on my first visit and they sent me a free cupcake email for my second! I went in expecting to get a free cupcake but was told that since it was my 3rd visit, it wasn't free. I paid for my cupcake and left. I think I would remember trying another cupcake! Customer service here sucks if you ask me. I can't decide whether to think that someone used my free cupcake by using my phone number, or if this is just a dumb fraudulent business practice??? Come get a free cupcake, no just kidding it's $4!!
