  • This review is based solely on my experience at the front desk. Called in the day of 10 minutes before 11am for my congested 3-week old niece and was told "Okay get here as soon as you can and we'll fit you in". Arriving at 11:45am after getting all the baby's stuff for leaving the house we were greeted by a rude receptionist at the front desk by the name of Liz. We were told with an upset tone "You're appointment was at 11:10" and how "It was going to be a hassle now that we weren't here on time". Again, we were not told a specific time to arrive over the phone and got to the location as fast as we could we told the receptionist. She responded with "Go to the other side" and closed the window in front of us. This receptionist "Liz" is NOT the kind of person I would choose to continue employing for a position that involves greeting my customers. If anything deserves a position that doesn't involve communicating with others.
