I am extremely dissatisfied with this service. I have only been in Vegas less than a year and hired this mom & pop pool service because they were the service that the previous owner had.
Recently, Dave of ALL AROUND POOL CARE told me I needed a new sweeper and hose to clean my pool with and he'd bring it and install it the following Wednesday at 12:00 noon. I had a doctor appointment that Wednesday at 10:30 and also, one at 2:00. He assured me that he had several customers in my area and could easily switch his schedule to be at my house at Noon. So, I rescheduled my 10:30 doctor to be sure I would not miss him at noon.
Well, noon came and went and Dave never rang my bell. I text him at 1:30 pm and asked if he'd been here yet. He told me that he had. He never bothered to call me, text me or anything to tell me that he wasn't coming at noon, or that he had not gotten the sweeper. Or anything! I asked him what happened: he was supposed to be at my house at noon to install the new sweeper and hose and I had rescheduled my doctor so I wouldn't miss him. And now, I was late for my 2:00 appointment. When I told him all this he text back and said the model I wanted wasn't in stock and he'd bring it next week.
Some people just never get it. What upset me was not that the model wasn't in stock but rather, that he never bothered to call me, or notify me in any manner that he would not be at my house at 12 noon and I had re-arranged my schedule just for him. Nor, had he even bothered to apologize for his rude behavior. When I told him this was the reason I was upset, he replied that he couldn't control the stock at the pool store. He also text me that he was at my house at noon but that I wasn't home. That is a complete falsehood. I got back from the doctor at 11:45 am and intentionally was doing yard work in my front yard (so as not to miss him, or not hear the bell) from 11:45 am until 12:30 pm with my garage door wide open and my car and ME clearly visible. The man just doesn't get it! Personally, I believe he just forgot and instead of fessing up, he decided to deflect the blame (so very few people in today's society are willing to step up to the ball; it is much easier to blame everyone else for their troubles).
I then text him that I was no longer interested in continuing with her pool services and that if he could please refund my money owed me that I had pre-paid him for the month (I paid him for a month's service (4 weeks) of $100.00 and wanted a refund of $25.00 for the final week: he only completed 3 of the 4 weeks). He absolutely flat-out refused to refund any of my money.
So, for $25.00, the man will have me get on-line and tell people about his very unprofessional business. And, the saddest part is he probably believes that I caused all his problems; never mind, that he scheduled this appointment at noon; he told me he'd be there & he never came at noon; never called; never contacted me, in any way, until I contacted him and then, he made excuses and kept my money for services he never performed. Yet, somehow, he will rationalize that this is my fault!
You people decide: Would you hire a man and a company like this?!
