  • My review is based solely on the leasing staff. I called to make an inquiry about leasing an apartment with them and the person that I spoke to was very rude. When I asked for clarification about something she would say, "LIKE I SAID..." in a very demeaning way. I was trying to type down all the information she was saying and when I asked about the application fee she LAUGHED and said "REALLY? WOW....I just SAID it was waived." I honestly think that management needs to train their leasing staff to be more professional when dealing with potential residents. Thanks for making it easy for me to cross one potential apartment off my list!
