  • We just purchased a home in Las Vegas and much to our surprise our dryer would not heat properly. I received a flyer in the mail from another company which I called to come clean the dryer vent. He was stumped on how to get it unclogged. So then I went to the internet and found John, the Duct Man. Right from the very beginning he wanted to get the job done as fast as possible so I could use my dryer. Thankfully he had a cancellation and was able to come a week earlier. Very pleasant person to deal with. He arrived with equipment that was needed to get the job done, unlike the other person. John was very informative and kept us involved with his progress. After he finished, he was giving us other important info on our duct system, he even took the time to open our furnace and show us where the filter should be which much to our surprise was not there. If he hadn't taken the time to show us, we never would have known and who knows what that would eventually have done to the furnace. Anyways, I highly recommend John, the Duct man to anyone that needs their air system or dryer vent cleaned. He definitely has our business from now on. Thank you John for all your help and information!
