  • We're driving by and saw they had an avalanche in the parking lot decided to stop in where we meet Kingsley and he promises the moon and the stars and everything good so we take it for a test drive we decided yeah we like it told him what our situation was he said oh no problem sounds fantastic I can get you this deal no worries I promise so 5 hours later we go through the process sign all the contracts but there's a problem with insurance car insurance company is having routine maintenance on their website and we can't get insurance that night have to wait till the morning we pay for insurance for a new vehicle and then fax it over to the dealer they tell us great we got the insurance come on down and pick up your truck five minutes later he calls oh well we're having an issue with Finance so don't come until we call you 3 days later we finally get a call oh sorry we can't help you this after they have run our credit numerous numerous times they have sent it to wherever they send it they've done so much damage and the expense of getting Insurance on a vehicle and we never got the vehicle their general manager Tommy Helm's sent an e-mail why didn't we purchased a vehicle what can they do to help us get a vehicle we reply to the email and let him know what the situation was no further discussion was ever sent replied to my email he never called us back we called him several times never called us back so buyer beware don't go to the dealership they will promise you everything and they will have you sign everything and they will give you the whole run around and then nothing and then they don't even have the decency to be honest and truthful they're such scammers and Liars we asked them if there's an issue or if something is happening just be honest with us just tell us what's going on we will deal with it it's not a big deal kept promising and promising us that everything was great we will get everything taken care of there's no issues everything is fine just just hold on we're going to get everything taken care of it was all just lies it was just stringing us along
