i drove over to look at a 2bd room yesterday and the agent in the office told me she couldn't show the unit or leave the office because she was collecting rent checks. how is that my problem? this is horrible customer service! i can only imagine the kind of service i would receive if i rented from them and needed help or something fixed in my united. i drove right up the street to liberty square to look at a 2bed room and there once only one agent in the office and guess what? she put a note on the door stated she would be back in 15min and locked up the office and shower me a 2bed room unit.
i really like 7100 lofts but the service i received on 8-4-17 around 3pm was just horrible and unelectable.
management needs to train there staff on hour to treat future residents. #sodisappointed!

when i arrived the agent was already done with the young lady she was helping. by the looks of things, the young lady was dropping off her rent check. i was never asked to wait and the lobby at anytime during my visit at your property.... you said the agent was "physically" unable to leave the office but she was up waking around and didnt seem disabled to me. another thing you said in your response was the other agents were in a meeting and i was told by the agent who was working that she was the only one on property and that her manager was supposed to come in at. 2pm but it was already 3pm and she didnt thing you were going to show up....
i have no reason to lie or make you guys look bad. this was my experience and it was god awful
