  • I came in today to use a coupon I had from T-Mobile Tuesday. Arianna greeted me with a big smile and knew exactly how to use the coupon. I thought she had been a long time employee by the professionalism and knowledge but it turned out it was her first day. I would've never known except there was an IT guy working on the computers and it caused a problem while processing the coupon which was not her fault but the manager had to assist. The manager was very friendly and helpful. There was a third worker but I didn't get his name. They all worked together very nicely and it made everything very simple in spite of the technical errors and I was very pleased with that kind of customer service. I forgot that I had another coupon on the Dunkin donuts app so I used this separately. I ordered two Boston creme donuts and a peanut butter cookie iced macchiato and they were both fresh and tasty. This is close to where I'm currently living so I'm sure I will be back to get my morning coffee.
