rev:text	HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!! BEWARE of Amy who is the owner. The nightmare started earlier this week when a technician calls my cell phone saying, "whats up bro, im on my way to your house." I said, "excuse me, where are you calling from?" I have never in my life had someone from a company speak to me that way. I told him that nobody would be home and he said my office will call you and hung up. Two days later, no one contacted me. I ended up calling to schedule someone to come out and whoever I spoke with was extremely rude. She said that they do not give four hour windows nor can schedule me in. I asked what time I should expect them by meaning by 5 pm or midnight and she responded saying that she can not give a time. She also answered her personal cell phone and carried on a conversation while on the phone with me. Well today is Saturday, I called them three times and no one answered my calls. Not sure how that could be when a company should answer when their customer calls. I had to call back yet again since no one called me back. She, Amy Shaffer, answered the phone yelling saying that I have called five times in a row. I said who is your boss? She said that she was the owner and she will cancel my work order. I can not believe that an owner of a company would act this way and accuse a customer of calling too much when they dont answer their phone. What kind of business are you running!? I will be contacting the ROC and BBB due to the lack of service and the way the owner treated their customer. Last I checked, a business remains in business because of their customers. STAY CLEAR of this place!
