| - I bought a Groupon for a cut, color, and style. I called right after to ask if I could make it in that day, with an attitude - the person on the other line said, "if you can make it in 15 minutes!" I said yes and she was suddenly pleasant. ($$$) When I got there she had a stylist come up and I was helped right away. I have a lot of hair and it is very long so it took a long time to apply the color. The salon closes at 7:00pm but at 6:30pm the owner started rushing my stylist and kept asking how much longer she had to go. There were still other customers in there and she was still acting that way. It was really uncomfortable for the both of us, especially because my hair was not ready! At 6:45pm the owner had turned off all the lights except for our station and started yelling and saying that my stylist didn't understand how bad she wanted to go home, to which my stylist replied - I know but she is a paying customer! Long story short, I left with my hair wet even though I paid to get my hair cut, colored, AND styled. I would NEVER go back to this place, talk about bad customer service!!
In the end, my hair turned out nicely but I didn't get what I paid for and have never felt so uncomfortable at a salon before! I should have listened to the Yelp reviews!! Not only does the salon owner have no experience as a stylist, she treats her customers and employees terribly.
