  • After downsizing from a house to an apartment I was concerned when I read reviews about the various rental agents in the Pittsburgh area. I've rented my apartment from Steiner Realty now for almost 3 years and I have to say I'm really pleased with the level of service from the office staff as well as the maintenance team. I especially find the maintenance folks to be very responsive to service requests, polite and efficient when they are in my unit, and even the team who maintains the common areas of the building inside and out are pleasant and friendly. I like that there is an online way to submit service requests so you don't have to play telephone tag with anyone, and I like that I can pay my rent online. I feel very comfortable recommending Steiner Realty to friends looking to rent in this area.
