  • Az Tile was easy to work with. Whoever runs their phones was lovely to chat with and got me scheduled and then rescheduled easily enough when we had switch up our appointment. They showed up on time as well. Our new tile was sealed quickly and with little hassle on our part. The gentleman do the sealing was kind and gave us great tips on how to maintain our new tile floors. The only negatives I can mention is he failed to introduce himself on arrival. I never did catch his name. I had many crews coming and going during our remodel and he just stood there waiting to be let in. That is when I asked him, "are you here to seal the tile?" Lastly he was great about moving furniture but not boxes. He simply sealed around them. We were moving back in from having our floors done so there is one room and 2 closets we will have to seal ourselves. We paid for the entire sq footage to be done and a few of those feet were skipped. I think if your house is completely empty and they manage to introduce themselves they do a fine job.
