  • The move was clean and efficient. The guys wrapped and taped every single item I had- no matter how inexpensive -in a fresh blue blanket. They had tools to disassemble everything that was too big to fit out the door (my bed, dining room table). Their prices were reasonable and actually lower than that of every other moving company I called. Despite having no elevator in my building, the guys were polite and friendly and said it was no big deal. The real star of the show is company owner Dinko, who is extremely kind and friendly. He makes you feel better about dealing with a move and is always checking in with you via email to see if you have any concerns prior to the move as well as during. Every small business owner could learn from Dinko in how to treat customers in a way that will guarantee they'll be back. AUGUSTA has up-to-date technology (they can take your credit card via iPhone app and have a neat system prior to the move to estimate your storage costs). The easiest move I've ever had.
