  • I get that it was the 4th of July weekend so the hour in line was expected. However, knowing that it would be busy, you would think they would staff the other venues in the hotel appropriately, especially the pool. Waited in a ridiculous line to get float tubes, then they pulled the bait and switch. "Oh, we ran out of small tubes for $12 so we only have the large ones for $20" even though that's nowhere on the sign. Then they have one person inflating the tubes with a huge line. No real plan on opening the gates to the lazy river, so it didn't matter if you waited patiently at a middle gate, when they open the side gates people just sprinted to the seats near you that you had your eye on. Room was average, saw plates sitting in the hallway for a few days and saw a roach in my room. Missing one remote in the two rooms we rented, didn't bother to call since we tried the concierge for something and they never answered. Bottom line, I'd stay somewhere else next time, the only thing the place had going for it was Ka the show.
