My husband took my car in Thursday. I am a monthly paid customer and attendant couldn't find the car listed on the monthly plan. I told my husband to make sure the Windows and gear shift console was cleaned. When I inspected my car when he returned home. NONE OF IT WAS DONE. I called, spoke to Tim and he said that he will call me back after inspecting the video. I'm still waiting. I called Saturday and left a voicemail. STILL WAITING. Cancellation is coming. I will go to Auto Bell and pay them. 5/16: Still waiting!
