If I could give zero stars I would for absolutely terrible customer service.
Almost two weeks ago I ran out of my General Finishes Java stain which can only be found at Bloom. I was trying to finish staining my kitchen cabinets before going on vacation. I called the store to see if they had any stain in stock. They said they did and I said, "Great, I will stop by TONIGHT". I went to the store and got there at 5:14pm, still bright and sunny outside. I walked to the door and the sign said closed and that they close at 5:00pm. Are you serious?! WHY when I said I would stop by TONIGHT did she not say, we'll don't come too late since we close at 5pm? Needless to say I didn't get to finish staining the cabinets before my 10 day trip.
Then when I flew back in town yesterday (3/26/16) I called at around 4:30 and asked her what the hours were that day (Saturday) and she said 5pm. I knew I couldn't make it to the store in time. I then asked, "Are you open TOMORROW and she said YES. I then asked, "What are your hours TOMORROW" and she said, "11-4pm". I said great and hung up.
So today I go to the store and they are closed for Easter Sunday. I don't celebrate Easter so I didn't even think of that, but I had specifically asked her if they were open that day and what the hours were and she answered they were.
Please hire someone for the phone that has a clue so people aren't traveling 20+ minutes to go to a closed store twice.
Luckily the store in Henderson had a lovely lady there. That is the only Bloom I will use in town.
