Normally I don't like to post negativity but this deserves attention being brought to. I bring my car (which I've had less than a year!) to Fabulous Freddy's Car Wash, Lube Shop and Convenience Store to get a normal car wash. Upon leaving the man was so nice, he instructed me to roll down my windows so the newly vacuumed seats wouldn't smell. Very nice I thought. So I get in my car to leave and look behind me and to my horror there are two HUGE rips in my brand new seats!!! The guys excuse, there must have been something on the back seats, which I have never sat in nor had anyone else sit in being it is only my wife and I!! He even began to tell me how the first rip started so he began in a different place that also started to rip!! Is it just me or is this just insane!?! I've called for 2 weeks to no avail. They swear they will pay for it But I've called the Operations Manager Brandon 16 Times, with only one call back. That call was to schedule a meeting at this location in which he never showed up. Now what am I to do. The only person that can help me fix the GIANT holes in my brand new seats refuses to communicate with me.
