  • This place is a joke. Don't waste your money taking your vehicle to this automotive shop. I bought new tires for my 2007 Nissan Altima in 2012. Per Discount Tires recommendation took my car to network automotive for an alignment. By January 2014 three of my four tires had blown out. I ended up replacing all four tires and called network automotive concern that it had only been over a year and my alignment had caused my tires to wear down so bad I had to replace them. I was told to bring it in and they would look at my car. The mechanic then called me back and told me that my alignment was out and it would be another hundred dollars to have it corrected because the warranty is only 6 months and it has been a year since I had my alignment done. I paid to have the alignment completed again. This is twice that I have paid for an alignment in less than 2 years with this company. Now it is June of 2014 and I just took my car in to the Nissan dealership for maintenance. Again i got notice that my alignment is significantly out and it is wearing my new tires down. I called network automotive and explained that I just had my car in there in February. the service guy advised again that I was outside of my warranty and maybe I needed to get my alignment checked more often. I have never had an issue with any of my vehicles where I have had to get the alignment fixed once a year. It seems to me like they are taking advantage of me and not correcting my issue in the first place. The customer service is horrible and the work they provide obviously is not quality work.
