| - I have to say that Ryan is a likeable guy and I thought, at first, I was going to be very happy. The price was fair (I think), but the service, specifically follow-up, was horrendous. I had him come out and give me a quote to remove the rock underneath the turf where my dogs go potty, and we ended up deciding to pay extra to have it moved off to the side and put a 9' square patio in on the opposite side. They were running late the first day, then once they started apparently the rock truck broke down. It went into a second day.......and then a third. All along Ryan had told me he had some special powder to put down that would eliminate the urine smell, but the day after it was complete I went out and could tell that nothing had been put down as far as that goes. I texted and called and then finally got a message back that no, he hadn't done that, and that he found out that his supplier was out of stock. I told him that it would have been nice for him to tell me that, and he apologized and said that as soon as it was back in stock he would contact me. A month goes by and I finally texted him and simply asked for the name of his supplier so I could go purchase it myself since he obviously wasn't going to......2 days later I get a text that said "I'll look into it." That was on November 1st. If you want professional service then Sunshine Landscaping is NOT the company for you. Ryan, I hope you read this and learn Something about how to treat your customers.
