| - UPDATE: I went in for my depo shot, this was my second appointment since my review, and Frida had a PRINTED copy of my review waiting for me. She confronted me and asked if I had written it, I told her yes. She then asked why I would write such a "terrible review" I told her it was because I had a terrible experience. She then said, "Well, are you going to take it down?!" I asked her if she was seriously asking me to remove my review, she said, "No, I'm asking if you would." Which is literally the same question. I told her absolutely not. I was treated poorly and I have every right to voice that. She then said, "maybe you should find a different doctor then" and asked if she was really going to deny my treatment over a YELP REVIEW, she gave me a dirty look and told the nurse, "give her the shot" and left. Frida was not treating me, she had no reason to enter my room except to attempt to BULLY me into removing my review so they wouldn't look bad. I haven't changed doctors because I only go in every 3 months for a 2 second shot. But after this scare tactic and bullying I will not be back. In regards to their SNARKY response, no matter the state of my urine (which I believe you posting about on a public forum is a HIPPA violation) Karen was unprofessional and RUDE when she called me a problem CHILD to my face. No excuse makes that ok. Dr. Gatlin did in fact INSIST (YES, CAPS AND ALL) that I allow him to circumcise my son. I made my decision on it VERY clear from the moment I found out I was having a boy and he continued to pressure me about it saying, "I circumcised my own sons! I can do it right here in the office!" He kept trying to sell it by saying he did it to his own sons, which creeped me out. Funny that they have no comment about the rough Pap smears (which other women have noted on here) or the fact that Dr. Gatlin pointed out my sore episiotomy, stitches and all, and STILL OPENED ME WITH A SPECULUM. Or the fact that as I cried on the table from the pain there was ZERO compassion. ZERO bedside manner. NOTHING. COMPLETELY CALLOUS. All while Karen sat there smirking, the whole vibe was sadistic. Also, I had no problem paying the fine for missing my appointment, I paid it immediately in fact, yet I was told, "if she isn't going to show them maybe we shouldn't even give her her shot" completely unnecessary when I didn't even dispute the charge. I am capable of standing up for myself and judging by Fridas attitude she didn't expect me to stand up to her. Unfortunately, some woman are not capable, and I have every right to inform other woman of what may happen to them in this office. Like I said, BEWARE, I'm sure there will be another snarky response coming denying everything and misplacing blame like they tend to do. Don't believe it.
