I am trying out this studio because my favorite instructors are now teaching here. Got the Groupon for 10 classes. I just want to try it and see if I will like it. First time to try it yesterday. Nice studio. Clean. And of course, my class was awesome with the best instructor in Las Vegas. However, the front desk needs some work. When I said I have a Groupon, she made me feel like "bleh". I know I am not a regular member. I was considering it and that's the whole point of trying it out first. I guess I was used to the more welcoming staff of my other studio. If they know it's your first time, they give you a tour, show where things are, etc. I had to ask her if they have a locker, and where it is. Oh well. I don't think I'd sign up for permanent membership here. Didn't feel like they want my business. Front desk plays an important role for a lasting impression. And that's the impression I got.
