| - I was a member for over a year and a half.
It's a great gym with a lot of classes, and the variety is awesome too, from yoga to spinning to intense hiit classes. It's nice not having to bring your own yoga mat, and towels are always plentiful and available. The instructors are pretty much all great, the quality of instruction is excellent. I really enjoyed Julian's, Sylva's, Joel's, and Queenies classes to name a few!
There are a couple things that I wish were handled better, considering the premium cost:
Popular classes can get VERY crowded - in my last metcon class we were practically on top of each other. You also have to be there early, depending on when the previous class lets out to snag a spot. This also means it's more difficult for some instructors to give individual attention.
There are also classes that you have to reserve. For some classes this means remembering to enroll the second it opens otherwise you might be out of luck. I'm not sure which is worse, fighting for space in a busy class or not getting into the class at all. There are usually cancellations for the reserved classes though!
Change rooms are nice, kiehls products are a great bonus. When it's busy it feels a bit crammed, there is a wait for showers after morning classes and it can be a bit of a fight for hair dryers.
Overall I was still satisfied with my experience, I went 15-20 times a month and felt a huge difference in my fitness!
