  • With all these great reviews we expected a lot more from this place. The line was long which was another good sign. Prices were good too. We're on a roll here! Then we saw the soda machine. It was dirty and looked to be backed up. Cloudy water filled up the bottom tray and was pouring out the side onto the floor where we had to stand in line. The caution sign was a nice touch. We ordered the Carne asada burritos which is our barometer for checking out new Mexican restaurants. It came with a side of rice and beans. The food was bland and mediocre at best. The burrito supposedly had Pico inside but I think they forgot to add it or only put a tiny bit. The tortilla was powdery and tore as soon as I took it out of the foil. It's never good when a burrito had to be eaten with fork and knife. Lastly, the Carne asada was not appetizing at all. It tasted burnt and was full of gristle. We'll stick with the Original Burrito Co across the road. Their food has always been excellent!
