  • The guy was obviously knowledgable about mattresses but he was rude and condescending. Tried to pressure me into buying a bed right then and there. Anytime I answered a question he would respond in a manner that was almost as if he was mocking me. I get it - it's a sales tactic but if you like to be able to take your time on making a major purchase, then this store is not for you.
