| - Vinnie is the man! My story was a bit unusual...I had been in the market for a black BMW 535i for a few months now. I honestly would look almost every day on sites like cars.com etc. It didn't matter how far they were I just wanted to get a great deal on this car. Well two cars turned out here in Vegas, one at the BMW dealer and another at Platinum Motorcars. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical about buying from a smaller place but then I saw the reviews on Vinnie and his staff and they were unbelievable. Best idea I made...was to give these guys a try! (Here's why) I've bought a handful of cars in my lifetime and know the business to a degree, and can recognize and appreciate when I'm getting personalized service.
Immediately Vinnie was able to earn my trust and was talking to me like a friend. He is very knowledgeable and discusses options with you and truly goes out of his way to make sure you're taken care of...no messing around, no waiting to talk to a sales manager, back and forward etc. He truly wants to put you in the car you like and will do everything he can to make it happen. We discussed my options and gave me a run down on the market value of this vehicle and what I should I expect moving forward good or bad, not many people do that ...again he knows the business very well and understands trends (REMEMBER I know I had been shopping for some time now) at no time did I feel like he was pulling my leg or talking to me like a salesmen. Instead, I felt like I was talking to a friend that was sharing his knowledge and giving me the best advice on a car purchase. I had already gone to see the other car at the BMW dealer earlier that day and put a deposit down on it so no one could take it. I wanted to see Vinnie's car before I made my decision and GLAD I did. Not only did I get a better deal, I got a better car with more options! Vinnie gave me a sweet deal even though his car had just hit the lot! Also, with financing my bank made a big stink over some paperwork and wanted me to wait a couple of days... I wasn't having it. I wanted the car that day so Vinnie knowing people in the business connected me directly to the main point of contact at another one of my banks and voila the deal was done! It was crazy that day and the amount of time it took to get everything switched over for me was greatly appreciated, you just don't get that kind of service anymore. Thank you Vinnie, Jeff, the receptionist lady who's always nice and the entire staff! Did I mention the detail guy? He's awesome too, my car was carefully detailed in and out and was SUPER clean when I got it!
These guys are great. I will definitely work with Vinnie again and will recommend him to anyone I know! Keep it up guys the experiences speak for themselves!
