  • The services in the spa like massages are great however I went for a manicure pedicure and the whole experience was a disappointment. They used shellac which didn't dry well and when I formally complained they said they could re do the color at no cost - that mean removing and putting it again and no reimbursement. The second time the application was better but results were not as great as I get in other places. They also confused my name and sent me a cancelation for my service. Terrible customer service for complaints etc.
