  • My car was great. It was very clean. There were numerous options to choose from. Customer service was friendly. I chose to prepay fuel to avoid the hassle of having to fill up. Upon return, I noticed that my receipt showed I was charged $30 more than I anticipated. I asked the gentleman who inspected the car and he very politely handed me off to the manager who was a ray of sunshine. He was incredibly kind, helpful, informative, and made sure that the issue was corrected and then some. He went out of his way to make this a great experience, unlike my last experience with Hertz at LAX airport. I wish I got his name. He started my day off great. I will absolutely rent again from Hertz PHX in the future.
