  • They charged me for a limited exam before the actual root canal. I am not sure what the doctor considers an exam, but all he did was look at the xrays from my dentist and then proceeded with the root canal. 8 months later I find that they charged me for a full exam which caused me to exceed my frequency visits - that bill came from my dentist. Wish the offices had a better understanding of what each other does.
