  • The best vet care we've received, with advanced alternative options including acupuncture and laser therapy, which in our opinion have saved one of our babies that no other vet or hospital in town could help us with. We have three canine furry babies that mean the world to us, one of them who has been dealing with IVDD from an injury at the age of six, eight months ago. The West Flamingo Animal Hospital has given us the most help and hope, with the best care and compassion out of the three other vets and hospitals we have visited during this ordeal. They have the nicest and most attentive, caring, compassionate weekend staff at the front desk and back office staff, always making you feel like you and your pets are part of their family. The weekend staff knows you and your pet by name as you walk through the front door, and ask how your pet is doing and know their situation before you even get to the front desk. Especially Juliann! What a jewel she is, so much attention, care, and compassion, and how comfortable she makes you feel. Dr. Billingsley is a top notch vet who has guided us through the health management, healing and recovery journey for our baby, with patience and understanding for these emotional human parents, and we cannot thank her and her staff enough.
