  • What: licensed real estate agent to sell our 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Seven Hills/Henderson. Why: we phone interviewed several agents and in the end chose Dulcie for her pre-marketing plan, her extensive experience and background in Henderson/ Seven Hills, and because she sold our neighbor's house and we were pleased with what we saw. Cost: we went with her full service offering, including staging at 6%. We were extremely pleased with her staging items, how she staged it and the professional photography. Our pictures on MLS looked FANTASTIC! Service: Dulcie has a very good Transaction Coordinator, Melissa, that assists with the execution of logistics and pushing the paperwork through DocuSign. Dulcie was always responsive via text and phone and is a hard worker. Results: Our house sold for above listing price. We received great offers in less than 1 day on the market. Even though the first offer fell through, she was able to create more demand by holding more open houses and getting another great offer in less than a week. Process: Dulcie is interested in selling your home quickly, because the longer it is on the market, the more money it costs her in terms of her time allocation on your home instead of on the next home to sell. Therefore she will advise you to fix everything in your home so that it is not an eyesore for the potential buyer and sells faster. Since we had already moved out of the house, we did not have time to deal with vendors to get quotes and oversee their repairs - Dulcie's team handled all of that for us, which was super helpful. We would use Dulcie again in the future to sell our home.
