Whoever hired the staff that was working Valentine's Day around 7pm should be embarrassed. The only reason the review gets one star is because the manager was there and attempted to helping me find something for my dogs issue. I was walking the aisles looking for pumpkin for my dogs upset stomach. There was pee all down one of the aisles and my dog stepped in it, so I went and told a bigger guy with shoulder length dark hair. He could have cared less. I asked him if he knew if they had any pumpkin and when he clearly had no idea what I was talking about I asked him if someone else was working who I could ask. He replied "I don't think so". What? Lol. So I said "there's nobody else working?" And he was like well there's one girl, and my manager. Oh ok. Thanks for the help. I walked up to the register and asked the girl standing there doing nothing if she knew if they had any pumpkin. She said "you mean like a pumpkin?" Lol again. No girl. Where's the manager. Luckily she was working and recommended pedialyte and had to tell the boy again after I told her that they had pee all over the floor and to go clean it up. Disgusting. I walked out and the employee at the front watched me walk out, no goodbye, no good luck, nothing. I'm not sure who hired these employees of the year but whoever did needs to start drug testing and do some kind of general customer service training. I don't expect them to be able to answer every question but find someone who might know. Next time I'll drive the extra 10 minutes to Petsmart on Rainbow or Trop.
