  • I was absolutely in love with this place when I went for a massage with Abbey (who has now left and opened her own massage place) I purchased a salt cave package for $200 for 10 sessions. Very pricey. I was not told that these sessions had an expiration date. I also live an hour and half from the peace love and zen location. When I went to use my 3rd session I was told that they were no longer available for me to use and that they had expired. I left my phone number for the manager to call me and she never did. I then called the spa and spoke to the desk girl and asked if I would be able to talk with the owner about losing the money. The packages are expensive!! The spa owner would not call me, she refused to speak with me. I was so appalled that she has a business called peace love and zen and was not willing to even speak to a customer after they sold me a package without telling me there was an expiration date and keeping my money, I had also brought with me 6 new clients to the spa for salt cave sessions and massages and explained I live an hour and half away and had I known the expiration date I would not have purchased the package. The owner was very ungrateful and the opposite of what their image gives off. So Disappointed.
