  • If I could give less than one star I would. We were enjoying a girls night out landed on this place and were terribly disappointed. The short blonde hair waitress greeted one person out of six at our table, asked for their drink order and walked away. If that wasn't strange enough once we ordered she didn't return. We never had the opportunity to order another drink or even a water refill. Then the food started coming out with one person's order ten min before everyone else's delivered by a different person who also didn't want to refill our drink order. Now min later we still had two out of six meals not delivered we all started sharing and finally got our waitresses attention and explained that we were still waiting for the other meals and we no longer interested in receiving them. She decided to go grab the two meals that we asked to go ahead and cancel and attempted to deliver them. We again explained we no longer want them have all shared our food so no one had to wait any longer and she replied with "that's how it is". Things don't all come out at the same time. We asked for a manager who never came over she removed one of the items and decided to deliver our check. Once the check was correct she stated she will be charging gratuity and changed our receipts still never able to speak to a manager. The staff was clearly uninterested in assisting us throughout the entire visit and continued to serve more and more alcohol to this large group of about 15 people who were so loud we couldn't hear ourselves. This place was horrible. Only compliment to give is the great artwork and decent food once it was delivered.
