  • Our AC went out overnight and I called 3 companies that said they offered 24/7 service. I left voicemails at 4AM and received a call back just before 6AM from Alan at American Cooling & Heating. He was so kind right off the bat and said he could be to our house by 8:30AM...I said "today?!". He said yes, ma'am, I'm going to finish my next job and I'll be over. Holy cows! So Al showed up right at 8:30 as promised, diagnosed the issue, talked to my over protective, watch out for scammers father over the phone, explained everything in detail to his satisfaction, fixed the problems and I'm sitting here in a cool house before 10AM! This company exceeded all of my expectations! We will be calling Al for a maintenance check in May and highly recommend him to everyone!
