  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I came in with my baby sister to ask for a fill. They told me it would be a 10 or so minute wait, which I agreed to. My poor sister and I patiently waited for about 20 minutes, after watching several people be served before me. When I asked a technician if I would be served, she said I needed to wait an extra 10 minutes. By this point I was pretty pissed. They did nothing to comfort me or apologize and were extremely rude, so I walked out and headed to another salon in Gilbert.
