  • Gave one star because there is not an option for zero. I will not be going back. Staff is unknowledgeable and doctor is condescending. Front desk did not know if my insurance company United Health Care was contracted. UHC is a well known plan how could you not know if it was contracted? Medical assistant just pointed to my room when taking me back did not say a word. Took My blood pressure 136/92. That's abnormal and instead if taking it again he just wrote it down. Told him my left ear was hurting then he continues to try and stick a thermometer in it. Then the doctor have me a lecture about not writing down my past surgical history. Excuse me DOCTOR I am a nurse and you are not my primary care physician (thank God). I don't have to give you a complete medical History if my chief complaint is ear pain and a sore throat. I will not be back. Usually I don't complain about doctors offices being that I am a nurse and work in the field but this urgent care was not for me. Hope this review helps you.
