  • Yes! My husband and I are fans!! We moved to the area not to long ago and wanted a new living room set. Went to Rooms to Go (Carolina Pkwy) and fell in love with one of their sets!!!! It was a little more than what we were planning to spend but we both agreed this was THE ONE. Service was great and our sales associate, Arlene, was a great help!!! Furniture was delivered on 12/31 and the only complaint I have is one of the lamps was damaged.. .they are sending me a replacement right away.. .customer service was great. We went back today 1/1 to purchase a dinette set and my husband noticed our living room set was on sale $500 less. We brought it to Arlene's attention, she called over the manager and he gave us the store credit! Thanks again for the wonderful service -both times!
