Terrible experience. Fan motor on air conditioner made so much noise in the room whenever it cycled on or off it would wake you up (RM721)
Service in Azure restaurant was lacking but they charge premium 29.00 for a buffet that has minimal selection and nearly cold coffee.
I messed up my reservation and needed to stay an extra night (my fault) I was told the hotel was full and I had to leave. I spoke to a manager who was more interested in confirming my departure than helping to make sure I had a place to stay never offered to find me a room at the other hotel they have in Toronto. Went up to room to pack looked online and booked a room in the same damn hotel. When I went down to explain I had secured a room the manager seemed annoyed as if I had circumvented their authority.
Lots of good hotels in Toronto avoid this one
