Like the over reviews state, the exhibits were good and there was a lot to see. I do not know if we saw everything that was there because we were in a pretty large group of 13 or 14 people and we had to get in and out of the rooms because there were other groups coming behind us. When we arrived, some things were disorganized like getting payments and waiting in line. They should have specific start times like every 30 minutes so people are not on top of each other and we can spend more time seeing and reading the exhibits and not feel rushed.
Our tour guide Sarah was very informative and remembered most of the stories and information. It was a bit pricey for the tickets and merchandise. I believe a $15 ticket fee would be sufficient and $200+ for fortune telling is a little too much especially since we don't know if the person is legit or not. If they improved the wait times and customer service, decreased the group sizes, allowed for more time to view the exhibits and had more reasonable rates, I MIGHT go back for a second look.
