My flight was early and I had prepaid for a 9am pickup. The JERK (Charles) at the desk (who had NO customer service skills at all) said "you'll have to wait till 9 since you prepaid....well, ok, you can come to the desk at 8:50 and we'll let you have the car". As I write this, I am sitting in the lobby waiting for 8:50 to arrive. Never again! Horrible service!
