  • Stay away from this place unless it is very short term. I was a long term tenant. The Leasing agent made promises of a remodel during lease negotiations. They never happened. When questioned Carl replied We got new silverware for the kitchen. They started to cut staff and service went from mediocre to abysmal. When I complained they asked me to leave in the middle of my lease. In company singed exit documents (which they did not want to sign) they agreed to refund my security deposit in 72 days. It has now been 90 days. The company agrees I am owed the money but won't refund the money.
