rev:text	This is the FIRST yelp review I have ever done in my life. That's how bad it was. One of the worst nail salons I have EVER been to. The first time I ever went there the man working there don't know his name made me bleed from filing so hard, and then painted over it. I switch nail salons for a few months due to that awful experience and returned tonight for a gel fill, rushing to make it before they closed after I got off of work. The owner(who does not take pride in her work) was distracted and did took 15 minutes to file my nails while talking to her co workers. She then stopped doing my nails entirely to focus on a "new customer" and waxed her eyebrows. After she came back I asked that this time will they PLEASE clean my nails( it's a nail salon right) she lectured me about why she couldn't and gave me a brush to do it myself. When this is literally her job. And they NEVER clean your nail just slap polish on it. Then I asked about mood changing colors which I often get. And picked an orange color which she said turned to white. She put it on in sloppy coats, the tips and bottoms are discolored and uneven and they dried CLEAR/NUDE NOT WHITE with bright orange tips. I work hard for my money and have to pay someone else to fix her mess, I called her and had been crying about how upset I was. All she said is "WE cannot guarantee anything, I told you white" THE COLOR THEY TURNED WAS TAN/CLEAR with orange splotches, and the tips of my nails were uneven and rigid. She hung up on me after I told her I was upset and refused to fix it or give me a refund for the poor service I received. Absolutely disgusted and will never be returning again. Maybe you should focus less on getting money on your new customers and making sure your old customers are HAPPY. I will be recommending other salons to every one of my friends/colleagues who decided to start going there because of me. SHAMEFUL.
